I’ve been using the web client for over a year now and always wondered why I rarely saw much going on the Recent Tasks window when I know tasks were indeed still running. Somehow I never noticed the drop-down menu at the bottom where it allows you to select from either “My Tasks” or “All Users’ Tasks”. Part of the problem is that many tasks are actually initiated by ‘System’ rather than your user account.

Default View

Once I changed the option to “All Users’ Tasks” I’m able to see all tasks in the environment I expected rather than just tasks initiated by my account.
